How it works
- Confirm your registered charity or NPO status when you enquire or book.
- Receive 10% off your total event package, applied directly on the invoice.
- PixelPro donates an amount equal to 5% of your discounted booking value back to your organisation.

Terms & Conditions
PixelPro Studios Charity & NPO Event Support Program
1. Eligibility
1.1 This offer is available exclusively to registered charities and non-profit organisations ("Eligible Organisations") based in Singapore.
1.2 Proof of registration (e.g. Commissioner of Charities registration number, IPC status, UEN with applicable non-profit classification, or equivalent official documentation) must be submitted at the time of booking enquiry.
1.3 The event must be organised directly by the Eligible Organisation for its own charitable, fundraising, or community purposes. Events organised by third parties (e.g. commercial event companies or individuals) merely on behalf of or in partnership with a charity are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined if they fall outside this program.
1.4 PixelPro Studios reserves the right to request additional documentation and to decline eligibility at its sole discretion if reasonable doubt exists as to an applicant's non-profit status.
2. The Offer
2.1 Eligible Organisations receive a 10% discount off the total invoiced value of their event package.
2.2 PixelPro Studios will separately donate an amount equal to 5% of the total booking value, calculated on the discounted invoice amount (after the 10% discount is applied).
2.3 The discount is applied directly to the invoice at the point of booking confirmation.
2.4 The 10% discount and 5% donation apply only to PixelPro Studios' standard booking rates for the services quoted. They do not apply where pricing has been reduced or customised to fit a client's budget, nor to any specially negotiated rate below our standard rates. In those cases, this program (including both the discount and the donation) does not apply, unless PixelPro Studios expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
3. Duration
3.1 This program is an ongoing initiative with no fixed expiry date.
3.2 PixelPro Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time, at its sole discretion. Where reasonably possible, advance notice will be provided via our official channels.
3.3 Bookings already confirmed under the terms in effect at the time of booking remain under those original terms if this program later changes.
4. Booking Requirements
4.1 Eligibility and the applicable discount/donation must be confirmed in writing at the time of the initial booking enquiry or quotation. This offer cannot be applied retroactively to bookings already confirmed or invoiced prior to eligibility verification.
4.2 Standard booking lead times, availability, and PixelPro Studios' general terms of service apply in addition to this program.
5. Exclusions
5.1 This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer unless explicitly approved in writing by PixelPro Studios.
5.2 PixelPro Studios reserves the right to decline any booking under this program at its sole discretion, including where the requested services fall outside our standard offerings or capacity.
6. Disputes & Amendments
6.1 Any disputes regarding eligibility, calculation of the discount, or the donation amount will be resolved at the final discretion of PixelPro Studios management.
6.2 PixelPro Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking shall apply.
7. General
7.1 This program is offered as a voluntary community initiative. It creates rights only to the extent explicitly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Nothing in this program shall be construed as a partnership, joint venture, or sponsorship arrangement between PixelPro Studios and any Eligible Organisation, unless separately agreed in writing.
7.3 All bookings remain subject to PixelPro Studios' standard Terms of Service in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
